We welcome the opportunity to work with a range of partners who can help us deliver our objectives, share our vision and values.

We are by nature both open to partnership and demanding of our partners. We expect our partners to be equally demanding of us, and to challenge where appropriate.

In Scotland, we work closely with TPS Planning and with P2P. These relationships have allowed us to reach more deeply into Local Government across Scotland and to build a greater understanding of the unique challenges facing the Highlands and Islands.

In the UK, we work closely with a range of professional services firms who have a particular interest in improving their services and understanding of the public sector. We have particularly strong links with DLA Piper across the UK.

Internationally, through our partnership with Team Coaching International, we are building a terrific network of contacts around the globe. As we develop longer term interventions into organisations we are integrating highly experienced change and OD expertise into MJI in both the UK and USA.
